• Accessibility for people with reduced mobility: the flat has no special facilities for people with reduced mobility, but the floor on which it is located is accessible by lift and the flat doors are 80 centimetres wide (shower: 70 centimetres opening).
  
  
• Pets: pets are not allowed in the flat, in order to avoid any risk of damaging the equipment and disturbing the peace and quiet of the residence.
  
  
• How to get to Le Valmignon: there are several ways of getting to the flat, so make sure you use the most environmentally-friendly method possible!
  
  – By train: to Saint-Michel-Valloire station, then the Altibus shuttle bus or taxi (book well in advance).
  
  – By car: take the A43 motorway to Saint-Michel de Maurienne (exit no. 29), then take the D902 departmental road towards Valloire and Valmeinier; after the hamlet of La Visard, at the junction with the D215A, turn left towards Valmeinier (GPS coordinates: 45°10’20 ” N; 6°29’53 ” E).
  
  An electric vehicle charging point with 2 available loading points is located on the Place de Roche Noire, opposite the residence (Combo Type 2 50 kW, Chademo 50 kW, Type 2 22 kW). Another loading point is available in the centre of the resort, Espanade des Islettes (Type 2 22kW and Type E 3 kW).
